If you are in great shape and/or have a toned and muscular body, then you could become a fitness model. Fitness models must be in shape, work out daily and eat a well-balanced diet to keep their body healthy and in shape. Fruits and vegetables are essential to have healthy skin and hair, so be sure to eat them! Your beautiful face and great physique can be inspirational to a lot of people!

There is really no height requirement for fitness models, however, it’s preferred for women to be around 5’6” to 5’10” tall and for men around 5’10” to 6’2” tall. There is always an opportunity for fitness models to get noticed if they know how to present themselves.
